Weekend blues ….!!

So yesterday my wife and I had a little argument about something. We couldn't come to an agreement because we all wanted to win. So we both got angry and slept on both sides of the bed.

I was angry and she was angry.

All this while I forgot that today is Friday and every Friday we have our naughty crazy moments once I come back from work. I wanted her to come and apologize first or talk to me. But she wouldn't. She was also waiting for me to apologize as well.

When I returned this evening, she just opened the door and walked back to the room. I knew there was still problem and Freaky Friday may not happen today.

I went to the room, had my bath, and returned to the sitting room to watch TV.

Usually, she will come and sit by my side. But because she was angry with me, she remained in the bedroom.

As a typical guy man and husband, I decided to use money to buy her forgiveness. I wanted to do it in a big man way.

I picked up my phone and made a transfer to my wife.

I sent my wife 5k.

I was hoping she would run out, call my name, embrace me, or just do something to show she has forgiven me.

But she didn't.

Instead, she sent me 10k.

I started laughing.

I doubled the money and sent 20k to her.

3 minutes later my wife sent me 50k. This time she added a message to it.

"Don't try to bribe me with money. Whatever you send I will double back and add extra."

I was shocked.

So my wife wanted to compete money with me?

I decided to push her to her limits.

I sent her 100k

My wife sent me 250k 10 minutes later.

That was when I got angry.

I sent my wife 1 million naira. I was waiting for her to send 2 million.

30 minutes later, my wife did not send anything back.

I waited 1 hour, nothing.

I started singing in the parlor to draw her attention so she would know I was still around and waiting for my money.

There was no song I did not sing.

The football I was watching finished, I started watching the extra time and looking at my phone for alert.

After 2 hours of waiting, I knew my money had entered one corner.

At that moment I stood up and went to the bedroom to know what was happening.

The bedroom that was open, was now locked.

I knocked.

"Baby... My love."

"What is it?"

"I am waiting for you to send back the 2 million naira so I can double it again o."

She didn't answer me.

"Okay, even if you won't send it, just return the 1 million please. It was a mistake. I wanted to type 100 thousand. Please."

She hissed.

"Okay return 900k abeg. Hold the 100k."

She kept quiet.

"Baby..."

"What is it na? I want to sleep o. You are disturbing me."

"How can you sleep well when you are holding your husband 1 million naira in your account."

I thought she would reply.

Instead, she started snoring.

I literally shade tears reading this. The question remains, what do some men really want?

When will some guys realise when God has specially packaged an help for you? Imagine what you put someone's daughter through just because she gave her all to you, she loved and was eager to see you succeed, yet you trampled on her and abused the very love that brought you good luck.

You may decide to go the legal way to get your son back, but you can be assured the boy will grow up to hate you for treating his mother so badly, boys don't play with their mothers so prepare for a fight.
