Proseccos bubbly nature really goes well with the delicate flavours of vegetables and herbs found in lumpia. Its crisp acidity compliments the sweet and tangy dipping sauce that goes along with it.
I know taste and flavour is very much subjective but this combination is definitely worth it. It is where the west and east flavours meet.
