'Van Kop Tot Staar.' 100% NO WAST. Dat is waar wij naar streven en hard aan werken, met inmiddels belangrijke partners. Want we willen de hele banaan verwerken.Niet allen het vruchtvlees, maar vooral de schil. Van binnen- tot buitenkant, tot en met de uiteinden.

An average of about 75 to 80 per person.
In most cases the peel - about 33% of the banana - is thrown away,
even though this is also edible!
