Sinusitis is my weakness the last years.. I have to get rid of it, thus.. stuffing myself with plenty of healthy ingridients :) ginger, cinamon, lemon, curcuma, hot water & garlic.. going for a walk to clearly breathe .. 🙌🏻✨😂
