Athens. My second home. I love wandering through the streets - there is always something new to see or to discover. This shoot was inspired by that feeling. For me Athens means timeless beauty, a city where people don’t forget to live despite the hiccups they are being faced, where people take time for each other, where history is respected and valued, where there is space for adventure, art, music and endless possibilities for the ones who see them.
Have you been to Athens?

One year ago we planned Jarrah and Lauren’s wedding in Kastellorizo. What an amazing ride that was! This tiny island and their lovely inhabitants definitely stole my heart with their hospitality and helping hands. ♥️ I felt so welcome and at home, can’t wait to go back some day!
Happy anniversary Jarrah and Lauren!

For this wedding in Paros we searched all over for different mismatched brocante dining plates and we ended up buying a lot from flee markets and second hand stores, most of them flew in from the Netherlands and other countries. Sometimes you have to go above and beyond to find that one thing that you are looking for to create a really personalized wedding and personally, I love a little challenge 😉 We were thrilled to see how amazing these beauties look at this table combined with the dusty rose wine goblets from @white_lilac_rentals and flowers from @chaniotis.the_flower_workshop ❤️
In love with our round pampas grass ceremony back drop! ❤️
What a dreamy wedding we had in Santorini tonight! 👌🏼❤️
One of the things - perhaps even the most - that I love about my job is that I meet so many amazing couples from so many beautiful countries, each with their own traditions and habits. They welcome me in their families with open arms as I am part of it, like Christophe and Sofia did last evening ❤️. The groom has Greek roots and the bride is a true Persian beauty!
This specific 'knife dance' is called the "Ragseh Chagoo", the idea behind it is for the couple to retrieve the knife from the dancers so they can cut the cake. The groom is expected to give money to the dancer in return for the knife. When the dancer has received enough money, she hands the knife to the couple in order to cut the cake.
Last nights beautiful wedding ceremony backdrop! ❤️
