🩵🩵🩵Blue bird tutu🩵🩵🩵

This remake with a twist was such a joy to create. And I got to make another tiara! I have been enjoying working with beads so much lately. The little dancer this was made for will look darling in. Can’t wait for her to have it in hands 🥰

Now back to my peasants! I have a wonderful peasant dress set to complete soon. After those I will be back making a couple RTW tutus. Stay tuned!

It took a minute for me to figure out embellishments for this one, but I have to say I am pretty pleased with the outcome. Generic in style so suitable for many variations.

- Lined, Crushed velvet, bodice in midnight blue. Bodice had princess seams and a V insert.
- 10 layers of pleated white netting. Straight finishes and hoop channel in the middle layer. (Hoop sold separately. Recommended for this style since embellishments are a bit heavier than usual) white briefs
- Double border embellishments on tutu skirt. Complementing lace decorations on the bodice neckline and arm pieces. Hundreds of gemstones places on top op lace/embroidery. Various shapes and shades of blue.
-Comes with arm pieces.

When I started making RTW tutu’s my goal was to clear some of my material stash out. Well I got sidetracked and RTW tutus nowadays are often my excuse to buy fabrics. Because they would look good as XYZ. 😅
