Welcome to my page fjell og fjord (fjell og fjord means mountains and fjords) My name is Kristoffer Nystedt and are 37 years of age. In recent years, I have felt that life is passing by too fast and come to the understanding that life is too short to be regretful when I get old over things I didn’t do but wanted to do. So now it’s time to take a time out and do something new that I find more chall
enging and exciting than spending my days in traffic jam in Oslo. My big passion in life are hiking, Mtb biking, mountaineering & kayaking. So in April I began on my hiking project "Up as an amateur and down like a mountain man." It was about finding and experience the best mountain scenery and hiking tracks in Norway. The project would have lasted to October 2014. My goal with the project was to win “Villmarkingen 2014” (outbacker of the year) and at the same time I hoped the project could be inspirational and informative about hiking experiences in Norway (at least a fun reading). However, under the project I found and settle in a beautiful place: "the valley of waterfalls & the gate to Jotunheimen" Utladalen (next to Årdal). I have now bought Utladalen camping & the historic Svalheim Gard and started a great adventure & event company here in this beautiful valley. We now makes events and provide adventures & nature related activities for businesses, groups & individuals - often combined with accommodations in Utladalen.
