We will be hosting our 2nd Annual Farm-to-Table Harvest Feast this year on Saturday, October 12, from 17.00-19.00, and we hope you can join us!

Our dedicated farm team has been working hard all spring and summer to bring a clean and bountiful harvest to bear. No synthetic inputs. No chemicals. Just love.

And our chefs have been hard at work transforming fresh harvests into exquisite and elegant meals for the many farm-to-table weddings and retreats we have been fortunate to host this year.

On Saturday, October 12, we finally get to share this delicious and nourishing bounty with our community!

Classic beef stew with freshly harvested root vegetables and microgreens, rustic mashed potatoes, lingonberry sauce, sourdough "ancient-grain" biscuits, and carrot cake for dessert. Wine and coffee included too!

It's not every day you can choose to trust 6 husky hounds with your life!

But if you get the opportunity to go dog-sledding, it's one that will certainly leave you invigorated and definitely more comfortable with navigating uncertainty - a skill we all need more of these days.

At Huso Lodge, we are fortunate to be able bring this opportunity to more groups - from company team-building retreats to family celebrations.

Captivated by the magic of the aurora above our cottages ✨
Some weeks ago, we experienced the strongest and rarest northern lights display for this time of year. Those who have seen it before know it's a spiritual experience that brings us back to nature's childlike wonder and the pure present moment of life.
At Huso Lodge, we strive to create a space where our guests can disconnect from the world🤳🏽 and connect with nature, allowing them to experience pure present moments and all its wonders.
We were overjoyed to receive these stunning pictures from a guest at our Stable House who was lucky enough to witness the aurora for multiple nights during her stay.

In 2022 we made major improvements that elevated the experience of our guests.
➡️ New lounge and bar
➡️ New deck at Viking House
➡️ Enlarged deck at King’s Cottage and Lakeview Cottage
➡️ New outdoor panoramic saunas placed on the most majestic view points
➡️ New kitchen, living room and bathroom in King’s Cottage
➡️ Other improvements toward sustainable energy sources and consumption

Looking back it seems almost impossible what we have accomplished. It was a ride😎 and one can only look forward to what 2023 will bring.
