About organizers

World Triathlon Winter Championship Skeikampen 2023 is a collaboration between east and west in Norwegian sport, with significant support from public actors and the business world.

Bergen Triathlon Events (BTE) is the organizer of the WC 2023, in collaboration with World Triathlon and the Norwegian Triathlon Federation. BTE was established by the Åsane Cycle Club and the Bergen Triathlon Club, and organized the World Cup triathlon in Bergen in the summer of 2022. The ambition is to establish an annual international triathlon event at the highest level every summer and winter. BTE collaborates with the Follebu Ski Club and the Gausdal Ski Team in the implementation of the WC 2023 at Skeikampen.

From Thursday 23 to Sunday 26 March, we will have a triathlon party at Skeikampen in Gausdal. To achieve this we need volunteers, the are many areas that needs to be covered and if there are any specific area you want to be in, just write it in the message section of the registration👍🏻

For your information, when certain areas are filled, we will allocate some to make the solitaire go up. No matter which area you choose to contribute to, everyone is equally important. This is a collaborative project. 🤗

Skeikampen is one of Norway's most snow-sure areas and has developed into an eldorado for winter activities. Just 40 minutes from Lillehammer, you can meet old legends from the world of sport, Olympic and world champions or families on a trip both on the ski track and on the alpine slopes. Skeikampen is characterized by a large number of different cross-country trails and alpine slopes, so there is something suitable for all levels of difficulty.
From Skeikampen you have a view of Jotunheimen and Rondane - two of Norway's large mountain ranges and national parks. Local ski clubs and sports teams, together with their national federations, have for many years organized the World Cup in winter sports and are looking forward to welcoming the world's best triathletes on snow with the public authorities.

Årets verdensmesterskap i vinter triathlon og duathlon arrangeres i Skeikampen.

Bli med og hei på beste idrettsutøvere når de løper, sykler og går på langrenn for å konkurrere om verdensmesterskapet i triatlon.
Og fordi ett verdensmesterskap ikke er nok, kan du også heie på de beste duatletene under deres løpe- og langrennskonkurranser!

Hvis du vil konkurrere med verdenscuputøverne kan du gå på ski i en av Skeikampens mange skiløyper!
Du kan også kose deg med vafler og kakao og nyte vinterlandskapet på Skeikampen.
