SEE परीक्षा दिने विद्यार्थीहरूले ध्यान दिनुपर्ने कुराहरू:

• एसईईलाई हाउगुजीका रूपमा नलिई सहजरूपमा आत्मसात गरेर सकारात्मक सोच र उच्च मनोबलका साथ परीक्षा दिने मनस्थिति बनाउनुपर्छ । परीक्षा भनेको दिमागको परीक्षामात्र हो, जीवनको परीक्षा होइन भन्ने बुझ्नु पर्छ ।

• परीक्षा भनेको तनाव होइन, यसलाई रमाइलोसँग लिनुपर्छ । वर्षभरि पढेका कुरालाई परीक्षामा प्रस्तुत गर्ने हो ।

• परीक्षा दिन जाँदा राम्रोसँग जाँच दिन्छु र राम्रो नतिजा आउँछ भन्ने दृढ विश्वास एवं उच्च मनोवलका साथ हतोत्साहित नभई परीक्षा हलमा प्रवेश गर्नुपर्छ ।

• परीक्षामा जाँदा आफूलाई आवश्यक पर्ने सबै सामग्री लैजान नबिर्सिने, विषयअनुसार आवश्यक सामग्री कलम, पेन्सिल, रुलर, क्यालकुलेटर आदि घरबाट हिँड्नु अगाडि राम्रोसँग चेक जाँच गर्नुपर्छ ।

• परीक्षा केन्द्रको वस्तुस्थिति र दूरी, घरबाट पुग्न लाग्ने समय र साधनको उपलब्धताबारे अवलोकन पहिलै नै गर्दा सहजता हुन्छ । परीक्षा सुरु हुनुभन्दा कम्तिमा १५ मिनेट अगाडि नै परीक्षा केन्द्रमा पुग्न् पर्छ ।

• प्रवेशपत्र तथा उत्तरपुस्तिकामा लेखिएका निर्देशनहरू परीक्षा सुरु हुनु अगावै पढी पालना गर्नु बुद्धिमानी हुन्छ ।

• उत्तर पुस्तिकामा लेख्नु पर्ने आफ्नो वैयक्तिक विवरण लगायत कुराहरू ध्यान दिएर लेख्नु पर्छ ।

• प्रश्न पत्र प्राप्त भएपछि सबै प्रश्न सरसर्ती पढ्ने र उत्तर लेख्न सुरु गर्ने, उत्तर लेख्दा आफूलाई तत्काल धेरै जानकारी भएको प्रश्नबाट क्रमश लेख्न सुरु गर्नुपर्छ । जुन प्रश्नको उत्तर आउँछ त्यसलाई घण्टौ लगाएर लेख्ने होइन । सबै प्रश्नलाई उत्तिकै समय विभाजन गरेर उत्तर लेख्ने बानी बसाल्नुपर्छ । यसले नतिजा राम्रो पार्न सहयोग पुयाउँछ ।

• अंकभार तथा समयलाई मध्यनजर राखी मौलिकता झल्किने गरी अक्षरको सफाइ, शुद्धता र लेखाइको गतिमा ध्यान दिनु पर्छ ।

• एउटा प्रश्नको उत्तर लेखिसकेपछि कम्तीमा पनि तीन चार लाइन छोडेर अर्को प्रश्न लेख्न थाल्ने गर्नुपर्छ । यसो गर्दा १० वटा प्रश्न लेख्नुपर्ने रहेछ भने ४० हरप वीचमा छोडिन्छ । यसले पेजलाई त राम्रो बनाउँछ नै अरुको तुलनामा कम्तीमा दुई पेज बढी लेखे जस्तो पनि देखिन्छ । जाँचकीलाई यो विद्यार्थीले त धेरै लेखेछ भन्ने हुन्छ ।

• सबै प्रश्नका उत्तर लेखिसकेपछि बचेको अन्तिम समयमा लेखेका उत्तरहरूलाई पुनः सर्सर्ती पढेर छुटपुट भए सच्याउनुपर्छ ।
• अभिभावकले छोराछोरीको हौसला बढाइ दिनु पर्छ । साथै घरको वातावरण पनि परीक्षामैत्री बनाइदिनु पर्छ ।

• तनाव व्यवस्थापनको लागि बेलुका उचित समयमा सुत्ने र बिहान समयमै उठ्ने बानी बसाल्नु पर्छ ।

• खानपानमा विशेष ध्यान दिनु पर्छ ।

• तनावमुक्त हुन परीक्षाको समयमा १० देखि २० मिनेटसम्म आँखा बन्द गरेर ध्यान गर्नुपर्छ ।

• परीक्षा दिएर घर फर्केपछि कुन कुन प्रश्न सही भयो, कुन प्रश्नमा कति अंक आउँछ भनेर अंक जोड्ने काम गर्नु हुँदैन । त्यो दिनको परीक्षालाई बिर्सेर भोलिपल्टका लागि कसरी राम्रो गर्न सकिन्छ भनेर तयारी गर्नु वा पढ्ने काम गर्नु बुद्धिमानी हुन्छ ।
