Successfully completed Series II: The Importance of Communication Skills For Youth. |16th September 2021.

National Vocational Training was first initiated three years ago by RC Kathmandu Mid-Town. Now during the pandemic, this project has been continued via the virtual platform in collaborative effort with various partnering rotary clubs. The core team comprised of AG RI District 3292 and PP RC Kathmandu Mid-Town Neeva M. Pradhan, PP RC Patan South and Director Strategic Planning committee RD, Dinesh Manandhar, PE RC Rajdhani Nischal B Shrestha also Director Publications Rotary District.

The program was started with a welcome note and introduction of the program by PP Neeva, followed by background sharing on collaboration by PE Nischal. PP Dinesh provided more information on the Vocational Training while President RC Bagmati introduced the special guest speaker President Bodhi Toast Master Chandrayan P Shrestha. The session was thoroughly insightful with practical tools and very interactive. VOT was given by President Rotoract Club of Bagmati.

After the successful completion of the National Vocational Training Program (NVTP) Series I on the topic Importance of Planning and Strategy in Life by Past President Rtn Manandhar, we are happy to share that we have completed series II of the National Vocational Training Program on the topic: The Importance of Communication Skills For Youth.

The session on the Importance of Communication Skills For Youth was facilitated by President of BODHI Toastmasters Club TM Chandrayan P. Shrestha. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to TM Chandrayan for delivering an insightful session to attendees presented throughout the session.

This training series was organized by the Rotary Club of Kathmandu Mid-Town along with other partnering clubs where 12 rotary clubs and 13 Rotaract clubs have come together to make it successful. The resource person for the second series was arranged by Rtn Chettri, President, Rotary Club of Bagmati Kathmandu.

Thank you to all the participants, Rotary Clubs, and Rotaract Clubs as without your support and presence the event would not have been successful.
