Hopes Creative Baking is a friendly local business creating and designing baked treats designed for all. Everything is made without Gluten or Dairy and with Organic ingredients. Vegan treats are also available. You will find me at local Farmers Markets, offering Macarons, wholefood bars, cakes and other treats. I also create Occasion Cakes, which are designed on an individual basis to fit you and

your celebration. All cakes are made without GLuten and Dairy, vegan cakes and other dietary requirements can be requested. All decoration is natural and handcrafted. Everything is created with care and attention to detail, with a passion for baking I take pleasure in every single thing I produce, large or small. I’m afraid I won’t be Market bound for the next two weeks. I have some health stuff to attend to.

This weekend has gone a bit wonky due to the weather, so you will find me in Little River on Sunday and in Akaroa on Monday. Come find me and enjoy some delicious cakes, Wholefood Bars and Macarons to add a touch of yum to your weekend.
