Did you know that the Oceans have lakes and rivers too? The ocean is like an entirely separate world. There are trenches, mountains,

Yes, we know the file format is pretty confusing. so we’ll explain it a little bit here, but you could also find this info on our website contact page.

➡️ Since we'll need to make cutlines and bleeds for label printing, Editable Vector Format files (AI or PDF) will be the best for us. Please note: Only editable PDF files are considered correct vector format. PDF files that convert from PNG (or other picture formats) are not considered vector format, and please see the next step below.
➡️ If you don’t have a vector format file, then any high-resolution picture files, such as PNG, TIFF, JPEG or SVG are good as well. If you don’t have them either, we offer a Design service with a fee of $80NZD per job. But please note the Design service is an optional extra, not compulsory. We encourage our clients to use other professional design services, as our design service provides clients who can’t find another way to provide the correct format.
