❤️🧡🩷Zinnias🩷🧡❤️ These have been such a stand out for me this season. They have been producing for such a long time and still look better than any other flowers in the garden. Almost considering having a small dahlia cull and growing more of these instead 🙈😜😜

I keep trying to think of ways to use our vases through winter. How cool do these Lego flowers look? The stems fit perfectly in the flower frog in the bottom which is an added bonus!! Such a fun pop of colour! 🩷💚❤️🧡 as the real flowers slow down we will still have our vases available for you to gift or stock up for next spring ☀️

I have been trying to use up some of our “seconds” -things that have small imperfections or marks. This was destined to be a XL Frankie but I noticed it had a mark early on in the making so I have sealed it at this low height and had a play around with some leftover flowers. Let me know if you are interested in these lower style vases with a built in flower frog. So much fun to get creative 🌸🩷

Sebastian. This is one of my favourite dahlias to grow. Such a gorgeous colour, prolific flowers and the plant itself stays a manageable size. Definitely one to grow next year if you haven’t already! 🌸🌺🌻

Autumn seed sowing 🍁🍂 starting to make a plan for the coming weeks. Autumn seed sowing is the best. It gives you lovely early spring flowers so you can have a constant flow of flowers from spring right through to the following winter. These are some of the plants I will be starting, some of them have been sitting in the fridge for a few weeks ( maybe more as I forgot 😜). You don’t need a green house, I used to use plastic tubs on my deck and that works just fine 🌱🌸

The Mini Millie is our newest addition. These vases are perfect for those smaller flowers/ stems. I’m excited to use them over winter to bring some sunshine inside- imagine some sweet little Pansy in here or the colours you get with Hellebores mixed with the vibrant vases. They still have our built in flower frog. 🩷❤️💚🧡

Finally made myself an Olive Frankie XL. Have been having a play today to see what colours work with it. Definitely one of my fav colours 💚. I’m thinking this would look lovely with some foliage branches in autumn 🍂. We have added a grid inside at the top to help the flower frog hold up those extra tall stems - it is removable so you can pick and choose when you use it 👌🏻

🧶 Trying to decide if I’m team short or long sleeves for my Ranunculus sweater. I haven’t got any short sleeve knitted garments so will probably stay short. 2025 will be the year that I finish the 4 or 5 WIPs… hopefully 🙄🙄 I also have some DK that needs using up if anyone has a pattern suggestion- possibly with 2-3 colours for some colour work.

✨I’m joining forces with my friend Mel next Monday (27th January) for the Market at St Andrews church in Cambridge. We will have a stall inside.
🪴Mel will have indoor plants available including rare and common plants and hoya. I will have plenty of vases with flowers 🌼
