Santa for hire

Good evening everyone,
Just a wee update on the Mr and Mrs Claus applications. We are taking applications until 25th August (last Friday in august) as this will give us enough time to either train the new Mr and Mrs Claus or shut down the page.

Due to change in circumstances we are looking for a new Mr and Mrs Claus. Due to the nature of the role Mr Claus will need to pass a drug test and a police background check to ensure the safety of the children and adults at the visits.

Mrs Claus’ job involves:
The running of the Santa for hire page
Booking all the appointments
Sending out reminders
Helping Mr Claus with his suit

Mr Claus’ job is very simple:
Get suited up
Turn up and put a smile on everyone’s faces
Be a very jolly fella
Hand out lollies and gifts (supplied by the clients)
Put everyone in the Christmas spirit

This would suit a retired couple or a couple who love Christmas as bookings start mid November right though to Christmas Eve and most appointments have been from 11am thought till 7pm at night.

We will supply the Santa suit we have here (the same one that has been used for the last few years) and will adjust it to fit the new Santa and will help start them off and give them all the help they need to take off Santa for hire

If we can’t find anyone I will have no choice but to shut the page down unfortunately. Hopefully we don’t have to shut it down.

Due to change in personal circumstances I’m stepping down as the main admin on Hamilton Christmas lights and leaving the page I’m looking for 3 new admin to take over running the Hamilton Christmas lights page full time as the other two admin are leaving to
We are looking for people that love Christmas and everything about Christmas
Who love Christmas lights and would be willing to keep the Christmas lights competitive running as we have run it the last 2 years in a row and has proven to be very successful and it has also encouraged more people in Hamilton to light up there house Christmas just gone there were twice as many lights up and running and it was so good to see so many people getting into it

Once we find 3-4 new admins we will let everyone know who they are and please make them feel welcome and be kind to them
I would just like to say thank you to everyone that has join our page in the last 8 years
I have had so much fun running this page and hope the new admins will just has much fun

Well it’s Christmas Eve and Santa made his last family visit today and the lady that organised it wasn’t even there to meet us and didn’t like our Santa or his visit I’m sorry you weren’t happy with our Santa or your visit maybe next year you will have better luck finding a Santa that will work for you no hard feelings from us it’s Christmas so merry Christmas to you and your family

Tomorrow night will be our last post for this year
We would like to take this chance to say welcome to all our new members this year on our page and hope you enjoy our page
I would also like to thank the members that jumped on our page and put our Christmas lights list up in order and kept them updated thank you that was a big help to me
I have been a bit slow this year
Santa is no good at the Facebook stuff he’s a bit off a computer dummy lol
He’s only good at being the big jolly man so mrs cause has had to run this page and Santa for hire and we were flat out this year but we now have a new admin who we will be training during the year to help me out I thank everyone who has been very patient with me this year
I would like to take the time to say thank you to everyone who put lights up this year it was so good to see so many people getting into the Christmas spirit this year and I would to say a big thank you to everyone that allowed us to visit your homes your work places day cares kindergartens any were that Santa has been
This is why we keep doing this every year cause we love to watch the kids faces light up the adults faces light up the smiles we see the laughter we hear it from young to old
It’s the best gift anyone can get just to put a smile on someone’s face so this is merry Christmas from Santa and mrs clauses and we hope to see everyone next year and make sure to be safe

Heya, we do a Wednesday jam/bbq night ever week with friends and their kids and would love for Santa to visit on the last Wednesday before Christmas if possible? Would be wednesday the 21st at 5.30 or 6pm if possible, whatever's latest for you 🙂
