Have all your friends round for a fun night under the stars!
Do you have a birthday or special event coming up, or just need extra room for guests to stay?
Our 5m bell tents package sleeps up to 6 people on single mattresses. All packages are set up by us, all we require is a 7 x 7m spot of flat grass to set up on.
We do all the work and price includes a beautiful fully dressed bell tent, beds, all pillows, bed linen, duvets, bunting fairy lights, midnight snacks and lanterns delivered to your chosen venue. Free delivery within 15km of Frimley, Hastings. Will happily provide service out of this area but mileage will be charged. Prices are $250 for the first night and $100 per night thereafter
We can also supply the tent at a discounted rate with none of the trimmings if you would prefer to do the decorating yourself
At Pitch Perfect, we realise that every event is different. Our friendly team are very flexible so if you would like something special or would like us to add something to each tent, please get in touch and we can give you a quote for any little extras.
We require a $100 deposit payment to secure your booking. A fully refundable security bond of $150 is also payable before delivery which will be refunded when we receive the style package back as long as the hired equipment is undamaged. The full balance of the hire must be paid 7 days (1 weeks) before the booking date.

Let the Pitch Perfect team take care of all of that. Sit back and we'll bring the spa, set it up, then return to clean and pick it up afterwards. All you need is a suitable area to put the spa then pick your weekend and invite some friends (or don't)!

Our hot tub can accomodate 5-7 adults and features a lockable lid to comply with council requirements and hires are from 3 nights. We need a nice flat 3m x 3m area for the spa to sit on, access to a powerpoint within 15m and access to a tap. We provide all the chemicals and full detailed instructions on how to care for the spa, so no need to worry! We have a 3m x 3m gazebo for hire if required
Prices start from $225 for a 3 night hire.

So we've done our last tent for the season and it's time to put them into hibernation for the winter but worry not, they will be back in the springtime!
We would like to thank all of our lovely customers for trusting us with their events, and for supporting our little business. It's been an absolute pleasure to meet you all😍

Our 5m x 5m Bell tent can accomodate upto 6 single beds, and is a great option for kids sleepover parties.
We also have a 4m x 4m lotus bell tent which can accommodate 4 singles and feels very spacious as the sides of the tent are 1.6m high enabling you to stand in the entire area.
All packages are set up by us, all we require is a 7 x 7m spot of flat grass to set up on.
From $200 for one night, and special pricing for hires of over one night, the price includes a beautiful fully dressed bell tent, mattresses, pillows, linen, battery operated fairy lights, lanterns, table and 2 chairs delivered to your chosen venue. We can add extras such as towels, drinks, balloon garlands, Champagne, hampers etc at extra cost. Free delivery within 15km of Frimley, Hastings. Will happily provide service out of this area but mileage will be charged.
