School holidays: day 1 ✨ What this doesn’t show is that Austen also joined me at an elopement this morning where he finished his new book sitting under a tree, making memories watching his mum work. He loved it and I loved that my boss (me) agreed it was take ya kid to work day 😅 Isn’t Aust awesome for encouraging me to have a go on his scooter - even though the wheels are the tiniest things I’ve ever seen 🥹😅🤣 Now I want to get my own one! 😂💃 Wonder what we’ll get up to tomorrow x

PART 1: Doing what I do best... interviewing people who don’t want to be interviewed 🤦♀️😅 It’s amazing how many comments I’ve had on the health of my nails and hair over the past six months, so it’s time for me to reveal a little secret of mine... 💃 As the editor of Canterbury Bride I often have the opportunity to try different things, and share the results with our awesome, captive audience who are looking for ways to get ready for their big day. Did you know that Friday 15th of March is a massive day for elopements? I didn’t either until three gorgeous couples booked their best day ever with us! (Fun fact: I have zero elopements next week 😅🤣) So, here’s to these AWESOME 15/3 couples!! But, which three dresses will I take with me? Join me as I ponder this predicament 😅 (NB: yes, I’ve done three elopements in one day before but it’s as rare as a unicorn and I LOVE IT!! 🌈
Couldn’t be more proud of my girl Lisa 💘 She had a vision to one day open a store but she also had the drive ✨ Today Sprinkles Bakehouse opened its doors at the new North Canterbury Creative Emporium in Kaiapoi and I just HAD to be the first customer 😅💃 There was such a thriving atmosphere when I finally left Lisa to all her customers ⭐️ I can personally recommend the delicious Ginger Kiss and you definitely must get a coffee to go with your sweet Sprinkles’ treats 🔥 Check my reel to find Lisa’s exact store location ✨

Awesome milestone at today’s ceremony, as I hitched my 350th couple 🔥 How lucky I am to be a celebrant and that 700 people said “I do” with me by their side 🥰 What an absolute privilege.Also, how excellent that Chaznel was there for my 350th ceremony - just as she was for my 250th! I had organised for Andrea Kewish Photography, Parallax Films and Chaznel Steenkamp Photography to hang some of their work in the front of the office, and for Prime Petals to create some pieces - perfect for the space. Nailed it!
