NZDH Practise Day

Couldn’t make race day as I was busy shooting a wedding in Whakatāne. The wedding was fab but it was hard to be away from the racing, especially with both of my girls racing and especially once one of them crashed after I left on practice day!

Anyway congrats to everyone that raced, I heard it was fun and hot. I did take a few photos on Friday, obvs not race photos but still photos, I’ll pop the link in my BiO and on my story. See you all at Dome!! anz #440

NZDH RD1 ~

Amazing day out at skyline, 1st race of the season. So good to see everyone and the sun shone all day! Congrats to everyone that raced, some fast kids out there. So good to see some more girls racing too🔥. Took quite a few photos but I’m racing today myself then driving back to Auckland so they’ll be ready tomorrow. Watch for the link in my stories.

2024 NORTH ISLAND TITLES // DAY 2
What an incredible day. Some seriously good racing, loads of goals smashed.

Such a great weekend all round. Excellent event put on by the track looked mint, the weather was perfect and there was nothing but good vibes. And I swear there must have been something in the water this past 6 months as the kids have all grown so tall🤣

Loads of people asking me if I’ll be at Nationals, and the bottom line is yes, if enough people want photos I’ll be there! DM ‘keen’ if you’re going and wanna pop your name down for photos - no commitment at this stage.

Well it didn’t rain! Always goosebumps watching the NZ Mighty 11 team perform the Haka in front of the Aussie’s. So much awesome racing, can’t wait for more tomorrow!

It was so awesome to pop down to Sunset Coast BMX Club last week, an incredible location with a fantastic young crowd. The club is hosting their first event in years on November 23rd, in keeping with its name, if the suns out the sunset will be amazing!

New Zealand's fastest woman on two wheels is this weekend taking on the world at the 4th round of the WorldWCR at the Cremona Circuit in Italy. This is the first ever FIM Women's Circuit Racing World Championship, and Avalon Biddle Racing is there representing NZ. Go hard Av, we know you can do it🔥

P8 in WorldWCR qualifying today 💥 It was a big day learning the circuit and the bike, plus our one practise session was on a wet track!
I'm enjoying the challenge and confident we will keep improving. Race 1 coming up on Saturday at 12.45 local time.

As part of the .national Photo Conference last weekend I got to attend a low light workshop in the Adventure Park. It was an awesome opportunity to play with flash in the dark forest, something I’ve been wanting to try for ages. Thanks Jay & the team for organising and to the boys for all the laps ✨
