peri-peri means "a very hot sauce made with red chilli peppers". But we have made it medium spiced for your taste buds. Our idea behind Chef's home catering is to cook meals at home using fresh local supplies and deliver authentic African grilled chicken to your door. Nothing compares to homemade cooking.
