We offer Wedding and Party coordination, setting up & cleaning up, putting out tables, opening the venue, liasing with caterers, doing dishes, putting out tea & coffee, running the Bar, Waitressing (including taking away plates/bottles/glasses etc) waitressing for the head table on buffet set ups for the guests, cleaning up including decorations, mopping floors, putting away tables & chairs...The lot.
On top of Weddings we also have experience hosting Cocktail parties at your venue or house, 21st Parties, 30ths, 40ths 50ths, 100ths etc, Engagement Parties, Anniversary Parties, Christenings, Church events, even Funerals.
We have gear such as Plates, Cutlery, Glassware, Chalkboards, Table numbers/ signs, Mirrors, Candy Bar jars, Tablecloths, Cloth Napkins and much more available for your event.
You can also Hire our gear at competitive prices.
Whatever your needs we can organise a package to suit you.
We have many years experience. We are based in Palmerston North, but will travel by arrangement.
Plus we have some great contacts including Caterers, Cake Baker, DJ, Bands, Makeup and Hair contacts too!
