My cheesecakes come in 5 sizes:
Bite size: $15 a dozen
Mini: 12cm X 4cm - $20
Small: 20cm X 7cm - $35
Medium: 23cm X 7cm - $40
Large: 26cm X 7cm - $60

I use a classic vanilla cheesecake filling. The base can pretty much be and biscuits you like and the same goes for the topping (within reason) extra cost may occur depending on biscuit and topping choice.
