Mondays are for catch ups.
Always too busy at the tail end of the week to post anything.
So here’s what I got up to last week. A few cakes, some salads and some recipe testing.

Hi Patty community

Unfortunately, I have had to make the call to stop providing takeaways on Friday nights as my opening hours aren’t consistent enough for the community. (Because my normal business comes first) And so in turn I’m not making enough profit for it to be worthwhile.

Mondays weekly round up.
We catered a breakfast for 12 people last Wednesday. Yummy hot buffet breakfast, bacon 🥓 hashbrowns, Chipolatas, scrambled eggs 🍳, toast, creamy mushrooms 🍄 and baked beans.

3 x cakes this week, however I forgot to take a photo of the 3rd one 🙄.
Both of these cakes are tall (4 layer) chocolate cakes with swiss meringue buttercream and White chocolate drip.

A little out catering for a birthday celebration 🎉 yesterday, amongst the in house catering.

One delicious chocolate cake decorated with buttercream and butterflies went out to a lovely lady this weekend.

Orange syrup cake served with vanilla bean yogurt!!! Absolutely divine.

2 cakes that I had the pleasure of making last week!
As my kids are getting older, it always takes cakes to keep me up to date with what’s on trend now. Squirtle was the character this week.
Excuse the freshly oiled grass 🤪 it goes away before the customer receives it.
