1. Customed teep*e slumber parties ensures that all goods are in good order at the time of hire, but accepts no responsibility for any consequences or injury arising out of the use of these goods by the hirer.
2. All goods are hired clean and free from defect and must be returned in the same condition. You will be charged if there is any damage or loss of equipment. After an assessment of any damage or loss, an invoice for damages or loss will be given.
3. All parties must be held in smoke free environments. All furniture must be moved and areas cleared and cleaned for sets ups to begin. Staff of Customed teep*e slumber parties are not responsible and will not move furniture.
4. All Hire equipment should be returned in the agreed time or you will be Charged at ( $50 perday )

•​Payment•

Payment must be made atleast 1 week before all party set ups.

In the event of cancellation please let me no as soon as possible, I will not re book any party's if there is less then 3 days notice of cancellation

Re-booking Policy - I can re book your party to another date if appropriate notice is given ( 3+ days ) – this is strictly subject to availability and at the discretion of Customed teep*e slumber parties . The rebooking period is 3 months, all parties must be completed within 3 months from date of original booking. Rebooking your party is not possible if you cancel anytime on the day of your event. Once DIY hire is collected or delivered, you cannot postpone unless the party is paid for in full again.
