Wow what a big weekend we had over the weekend at the Stratford a&p show going off our average menu price we fed just under 1000 people a special thanks to the a&p association for having us and the Stratford speedway bar and surf and turf for being such awesome neighbours last but definitely not least a very special thank you to our crew that helped over the weekend wouldn’t be possible without you guys
This week we are stuck into catering Xmas work dos but next weekend you can catch us at the dog show in Midhirst Saturday and Sunday also at the Stratford speedway next Saturday night for the north island modified champs

All set up and open down at the Stratford a&p show we are open today to keep you fed while you set up 7:30am till 3:30pm then 7:30 am till 4pm Saturday and Sunday for the show

🔥 Wow, what a great day! Thank you to everyone who got involved with Meat-Up Festival 2024 and to all of the public who came along and enjoyed the day with us. Apart from a short shower, the rain held off and we had a great turnout which exceeded our expectations!

A huge thank you to our organisers, sponsors, MC, musicians, bbq competitors, chilli eating competitors, judges, volunteers, car owners, vendors, stallholders, suppliers and everyone else who helped make it a success!

Keep an eye out in the coming weeks, we’ll put up photos from the event and posts acknowledging everyone who got involved. Looking forward to the next one in 2025!

5 of these cards will be hidden around Durham Lake Holiday Park for tomorrow's 🔥 Taranaki Meat-Up Festival 2024 (clue: could be stapled under or around things). Listen for more clues from the MC on the day.
If you find one, take it to KIDZ Adventure Land (look for the flag) to redeem for merry-go-round or mini jeep rides only.

To get to Durham Lake Holiday Park from Stratford (approx 15 minutes), turn left off SH3 onto Durham Road Upper, then head down til you see the sign at 109 Durham Road Upper.

There's parking along the side of the road, plus 3 paddocks allocated inside the venue for public parking - you'll see them to the left as you head up the driveway. These will be run by the Lions and parking inside the venue will be a gold coin donation.

Whether you have a classic, vintage, custom, bike or any other type of vehicle, we’d love to see it on display. 🚙🚓🏎️

We’ll be open from 3pm today in Hawera for “Concerts in the Park” with Tiki Taane. Come along to Hāwera’s King Edward Park stage on Saturday 20 January to enjoy an evening of music and entertainment, starting off at 4.30pm with local Cory Brooks kicking off the event with some of your favourite covers to dance and sing along to. Tiki Taane will be on stage from 6pm, bringing his one-man band show to South Taranaki. Tiki has brought such magic as ‘Always on my Mind’ and ‘Serendipity’ and will impress with his powerful live performance.
