Hey Everyone!

Just an update on life!

We have welcomed our third boy back in June I feel like we are finally settling into this crazy life with 3! I have been doing the odd wedding here and there. So for this reason I won't be renewing my Celebrant License in 2024. The wedding that are booked are all go but I won't be taking new bookings after December 2023!

This is due to being busy with the family but also I have recently started selling Skincare and Makeup so I am putting all my spare time into building that up off the ground! 😀

It is great to see that this rule has now been updated!

Just remember that exclusive use of a venue means that there is no other services operating on the grounds. An example of this is a restaurant, accommodation, vineyard or any other service that you do not have use over.

If you are unsure about this please reach out to your venue ❤️

An update on my post from yesterday!

There was a update yesterday from the Prime Minister stating masks must be worn at all events including the Bride and the Groom, this is a kick in the guts for sure I am feeling for each and everyone of you. If you are needing to postpone your special day because of this please get in touch

After a few questions about the new Traffic Light system I thought id do a post..

As of January 26th 2022 these are the rules and guidelines:

If you choose to use MY VACCINE PASS for your wedding:

- Only people with a pass are allowed there. This includes all workers

- At gatherings held at venues there can be 100 people (this includes the bride and groom) based on a single defined space at the venue
**please note some venues are saying they cant cater for 100 people based on size and also no dancing or mingling so please check with your venue to avoid stress on the day

- This limit applies to both indoor & outdoor venues

- you will be asked to show you My Vaccine Pass when you arrive at the venue and remember to scan the QR code provided.

If you are choosing to have your wedding WITHOUT VACCINE PASS:

- There can be up to 25 people (remember this includes yourself and groom)

- This number does not include workers

MASK RULES! (both indoors and outdoors):

- All workers must wear a medical grade mask. There is the exception of formal speakers such as Celebrant, MC and of course the Bride & Groom

- Guests are strongly advised to wear face masks at your wedding apart from when they are seated to eat.

I hope this answers everyones questions and please don't hesitate to contact me if there is something I have missed or if you would like help with creating a QR code for your big day

PLEASE NOTE - although speakers are exempt from wearing masks I have made the decision to help protect myself and my family I will be wearing a medical grade mask before and after your ceremony.

A little bit about me...

I am a stay at home mum to two boys Cooper (3 years) and Wyatt (6 months) we are located on a Sheep and Beef farm in Tapawera, Nelson.

I have always had a passion for Weddings and this was ignited even more when my husband and I got married in 2016. After loving everything about our big day I went ahead and studied to become a Wedding and Event Planner and then I decided to became a Celebrant in 2020. With this expertise and knowledge behind me I feel like I can give you the wedding day you have always dreamed of and more.
