To organise a telethon to raise funds for people whom have lost everything

Sorry I have not been in here but there has been no updates and nobody putting their hands up to help to get this Telethon up and running.
Here below is the press release that was sent out and have not heard anything back.

I would just like to say a big thank you to Katie Jolly from Taupo whom is going to send out a press release for this Telethon, it is a huge help so we can get it to TVNZ and start moving ahead on it.

Last night I have emailed the big boss at More Fm Radio Station.
Will wait to here from them.
If you of anyone who can help get in contact with TVNZ for this telethon idea please let us know so we can get this under way and start raising the funds needed.
We want to raise as much money as we can to be able to to help a lot of people with their homes on rebuilding or reconstructing and with furniture and more etc for the homes.

Come on New Zealand we need your help.

As we see alot of people are without homes and it is in big crisis at the moment on top of another crisis.
To be able to rebuild homes and the reconstruction of homes we need to get this telethon underway to raise the funds because a givealittle page us just not enough money for this.
If you have any ideas for the telethon and ways to pitch this idea to TVNZ please get them in by sending us a message, either one of the admin will have a look at your idea and discuss it.

So I have heard back from 2 so far and the comedy place for Dai Henwood said its a no at this stage as they need to be approached by the TV Show and Coastline said no at this stage as well but they said it is a great idea and we need to put the idea TVNZ or Discovery TV and they will support whatever they do.

Still waiting to hear back from others.

I have been so busy from this morning until now emailing so many that I have also email Seven Sharp, Anna Burns-Francis from The Breakfast Show and also Coast Breakfast Radio Station.
Trying to get it all out there so we can pitch it to TVNZ and get it all happening.

I have been doing some emails at the moment to try and get some momentum happening and get organizing this telethon. Have more emails to do and waiting on some replies.
We need to get some publicity happening. If you want to come on board with organizing let me know, cause we are going to need all the help we can get to organize it.

My name is Dinelle Turdeich and I love helping people. It is one of my passions to help people in a crisis where I can and when I can. I am starting this group and will start a page as well. as I saw it on Facebook and I was interested in getting something done. To organize a telethon to help raise the funds needed for the people whom have lost everything due to the Floods and Cyclone Gabrielle.
This will be where we a community, town and New Zealand to come together to help raise the funds needed, to help organize this, and be able to come together to the people of New Zealand to rebuild their homes and more.
Let's all as New Zealand come together to help the people who need our help.
I am making a call out to everyone of New Zealand to come together to help organize this Telethon.
I want this to be a community, town, and New Zealand initiative, not a Government initiative.
