As eating as a flat comes to an end, here’s one of the last dishes I prepared for my housemates - Coconut chicken meatball Curry with Rice Noodles. Got the original recipe from but I measured with heart versus strictly following the recipe haha

The snow today made me think of fun activities to stay inside 🥴 Although I’m not having much fun in the library working on my assignments, it did make me remember this fun activity that you can play yourself!

Cooking challenge with ✋🏼✌🏼✊🏼
We played paper, scissors, rock and the winner got to decide what to cook for that course. I won Entree and dessert hehe 🙊

Entree : Baked Camembert with honey and thyme and toasted ciabatta and prosciutto

Main : Garlic butter Steak with balsamic tossed salad

Dessert : Nutella stuffed Snowflake

I celebrated my 22nd birthday in style at .clair

I posted the dessert item first so if you swipe left you will go in descending order of what we received from our Trust the Chef experience. I loved the element of surprise and not knowing what we were going to eat. So good 👏🏼

- Appetiser : House-made Soba Noodle with Prawn and Miso Mousse
- 1st course : Noosa Scallop & High Country Salmon, citrus, fennel almond, vanilla
- 2nd course : Ettrick’s beetroot, walnut, Ricotta, House-made pasta
- 3rd course : Greenstone Creek Beef Tataki, Ponzu, Shiitake, Tempura, Charred onion
- 4th course : Free Farm pork & Martinez Chorizo, Chipotle, Beans, Capsicum, Black Garlic
- Fifth course : Oakridge Mandarin, Cashew, Ruby Chocolate, Tandoori

What’s better than going out for dinner? Going out for dinner with and everything being 50% off! We went to and ordered the house down. Very content with no complaints. My only critique is that I maybe expected a little more from the rice pudding and definitely suggest the miso cookie skillet next time!

Happy Easter Everyone! 🐣
Here is my contribution to Easter treats. I made a hot cross bun peanut butter tiramisu!
It was so delicious. I used the recipe and changed it up by making it more traditional style vs a trifle style. The original recipe can be viewed in link below. I also added extra chocolate chips for a bit of extra crunch.

is one of the fam’s favourites these days. It’s chic vibe, matcha lattes and different menu items win us over but their take on classics is also fab. As you can see I had the Gochujang Shakshuka. I’m slowly making it through all the menu items 😏

Something a little different from the usual cakes I make because this is a BAKED ALASKA! If you don’t know what this is it’s basically a layered cake of ice cream and sponge cake that is then covered in meringue and finished off by torching it Super fun and I’m sure super delicious
