All our crew hone their skills daily in the world of live broadcast, putting hours and hours of live coverage to air every single week across TVNZ, TV3 and Sky Sport. Chances are, if you’re watching live TV in New Zealand, there’s a WeddingCast crew member plying their trade behind the camera.

So chuffed to finally drop a WeddingCast showreel! Christmas/New Year is the eye of the storm for us - a period of calm before peak wedding season, when we can take stock of what we’ve done this year.

Live streaming in a wider sense has become a focus for many since Covid, and for us it’s such a privilege to apply our expertise where it matters - connecting families and friends around the world. Our involvement is often the reason couples have chosen to go ahead rather than postpone or cancel, and we could not be prouder of the role we have played in so many people’s journeys over the past year.

The size and elegance of this place! Huge congratulations to Losa and Taki for tying the knot after a couple of Covid hurdles this year. It may have been a small party of 25 but the enormous Tuingapapai church in Mangere was bursting with love and music as these two celebrated their big day.

A few days delayed with this announcement - our last week in the run up to Christmas has been extremely busy. Wedding season is well and truly underway! 💕

Our 2021 Lite Package Giveaway has been super popular... so many of you out there have been affected by restrictions, and will continue to be. We're mid-pivot between Delta and Omicron and 2022 looks no more certain than this year.

How WeddingCast began...

WeddingCast was born when one of our founders’ weddings was impacted by the Covid-19 travel restrictions, but luckily he and his groomsmen had equipment at the ready to live-stream the service back to family in the UK who couldn’t make it. It was a magical way to share the day with those who weren’t there, and now it’s available to you as well!
