💛 Life update ahead 💛

For most people who know me you’ll know I’ve been in a bit of a rough year in regards to back pain and last week I’ve finally been given the date for a back surgery to shave off a pr*****ed disc which has been causing an insane amount of sciatic pain for the last 9 months. 🤌🏽
It’s taken a lot of physio, stress and tears to finally get to this point and it hurts my heart to have to say this and I haven’t made this decision lightly but for the month of November I have decided to close my books to recover and keep the stress as low as possible. Especially now that I’ve noticed how much stress can inflame my injury.
For those already booked, don’t worry I have organised someone to cover under my training. His name is Mitch, he’s the greatest, if you’ve been following me for a while you’ll know he’s our main man/back up super hero!
I appreciate your support during this time and I know you’ll all understand that health comes first! ❤️
I promise to come back harder and better than ever just in time for the busy season!!

Last Thursday I was given the opportunity to speak at a ‘Women on Top’ event along with several other incredible Wāhine, fundraising for Breast Cancer BOP support services.
At the beginning of the night imposter syndrome was real, I struggled to understand why I am afforded this opportunity along with all these absolutely incredible, successful women. By the end of the night I felt supported, heard and definitely where I belong.
So thank you to all the ladies for creating such an incredible environment to tell my story and allowing me to hear yours ❤️

Long time no post, things have been cray cray on my end, navigating all things covid, personal life work balance and mental health as a result of all those things. 😵‍💫
2021/2022 are definitely some tough ones but thanks to you legends I’ve still been able to do what I love. So cheers to you, angels 😘

Can’t wait to get the ball rolling after lockdown 😍

Unfortunately due to some unforeseen family circumstances I’ve come back to my hometown for the lockdown and honestly, it’s been lovely not working and spending some time with my whānau.

To all my clients waiting on emails and quotes I’ll be back in business from Thursday evening, until then I’ll be soaking up the last couple days with my team. 🥰
