A little about us

EventSmart was created back in 2006 with a vision and passion for all things events! The original aim of the business was to be a central point for all corporate events - whether you had an incentive programme, conference, team building, event or required styling for an event.

Our small team is managed by Wilna, and there has been a lot of supporters and staff over the years who have offered part of themselves in support of our vision.

Last year the Conference & Event area was separated from Event Styling, to ensure that our clients get a dedicated team who look after their specific needs. We are a small team, but we have enormous capacity and resilience to make things work for you.

Currently we look after a range of clients - we do inbound and outbound conferences, we manage incentive travel, we accompany groups throughout the world on roadshows and educational trips (and Wilna gets to play tour guide!), we manage local events, team building programmes and so much more.
