Well what a season this has been.

We hope you all keep it safe tonight and have a great time.
Remember to follow all safety instructions they are there for a reason.

Do not hold roman candles! Bury them into a bucket of sand or dirt for stability.
Place cakes on a hard flat level surface and never use them on grass or gravel.
Keep a hose or bucket of water handy at all times.
Give your neighbors a heads up before you light your fireworks. It's the good guy thing to do!

Whilst we remember the 5th of November we also celebrate this day as a huge kiwi tradition dating back for generations. Let's keep it that way by doing the right thing while having a good time.

Great news fellow fireworks lovers! WCC are putting on a fireworks display to celebrate Diwali festival on Sunday 24th of November at 9pm.

Diwali Festival 2019 will be ending the night with a beautiful fireworks display, courtesy of our friends at Cottrell Law.
If you've been in the city enjoying A Very Welly Christmas 2019 or Diwali, be sure to grab the whānau and head to Frank Kitts Park at 9pm to catch all the action.
