My name is Fran, I am a registered celebrant living and working on the Kapiti Coast of New Zealand. With a lot of experience in public speaking, I like people to laugh, think, feel and embrace their emotions. On Saturday I was filled with joy and gratitude as we celebrated the beautiful union of one of my oldest and dearest friends Ania to her beloved Marty.
Being a part of their wedding at the historic Village Chapel was not just an event; it was an absolute honor and privilege.

As I officiated the ceremony my heart swelled with happiness. Seeing this moment come together, surrounded by those they love, the beauty of the chapel and the warmth of the venue, filled me with indescribable joy.

Ania and Marty, your love shines brightly, and I wish you both a lifetime of happiness. Congratulations to you both!

Fran is amazing, highly recommended!
My husband and I are very different people, Fran made sure both of us felt comfortable and confident.
Our ceremony was perfect, light, funny and fitted us both to a tea. I could not recommend Fran enough, I am a nervous public speaker, Fran made sure I was at ease when reading my vows! We now have a lovely bond with Fran. Which will last a life time.

A 50th birthday celebration for one truly amazing lady that turned into a bigger surprise for all those who attended. Lucky there was a celebrant in the house. 💛

Last wedding of the season and what a stunning Autumn day it was.
The Australian married the Kiwi, flying home from Sydney to make magic happen on the family farm.

An incredible effort went into making this day possible. The brides parents achieved a massive to do list, even creating an outdoor seating area with huge fireplace.

Wham Bam Events put together all the fine details. Seriously Pickled catering serving the most devine food and George & Co. see through marquee meant the views and serenity could be seen for miles.
The cake was made by The Chocolate Shed Cake Design, creating beautiful art to eat. 💛

The couple met in Canda, the wee Maple leaf on each place setting put there by the mother of the bride was simply beautiful, there was so much attention to detail.

Dad was on hand to fix guests shoes!

I love working with local vendors making dreams come true is what we all do so well together.

Monday, the perfect day for an intimate wedding for a truly gorgeous couple at one of my favourite places in Kapiti. The Glass Chapel in Waikanae is a truly beautiful wee gem of design, love and happiness. Along with sensational views including that of Kapiti Island and the ocean you feel completely at peace.

It was a true honour to officiate such a special ceremony.

Today's Wedding was a unique one. The bride arrived at her surprise 50th birthday party only to find out her husband to be had also organised it to be their wedding day. Even the guests didn't know.

A great couple and great stylists who had the bride looking stunning, hair, makeup, outfit the works in just over an hour.

Unique rings too, the lickable kind!

You can't beat the support of friends to make magic happen.

Barely the day started and... it's already six in the evening.
Barely arrived on Monday and it's already Friday... and the month is already over... and the year is almost over... and already 40, 50 or 60 years of our lives have passed... and we realize that we lost our parents, friends.
and we realize it's too late to go back...
So... Let's try, despite everything, to enjoy the remaining time...
Let's keep looking for activities that we like...
Let's put some color in our grey...
Let's smile at the little things in life that put balm in our hearts.
And despite everything, we must continue to enjoy with serenity this time we have left. Let's try to eliminate the afters...
I'm doing it after...
I'll say after...
I'll think about it after...
We leave everything for later like ′′ after ′′ is ours.
Because what we don't understand is that:
Afterwards, the coffee gets cold...
afterwards, priorities change...
Afterwards, the charm is broken...
afterwards, health passes...
Afterwards, the kids grow up...
Afterwards parents get old...
Afterwards, promises are forgotten...
afterwards, the day becomes the night...
afterwards life ends...
And then it's often too late....
So... Let's leave nothing for later...
Because still waiting see you later, we can lose the best moments,
the best experiences,
best friends,
the best family...
The day is today... The moment is now...
We are no longer at the age where we can afford to postpone what needs to be done right away.

I highly recommend the walk of 14 acres of serenity.

I would love to do a wedding ceremony there, the blossoms were falling like snow drops as we walked around.💛
