Summer Technival After movie
That was something pretty special.
Thanks to everyone involved!!!!
The concept behind outdoor Soundation gatherings has always been about promoting and nurturing the techno scene in a unique way, embracing techno and house across a broad spectrum. We aim not just to throw parties, but to foster interaction with art, nature, and fellow humans. We bring vibrant techno carnival vibes, colors, and joy, coupled with games, workshops, and interactive art, all with the aim of ensuring that people leave with more than they came with—seeds of inspiration to spread. Cause by facilitating connections among amazing individuals through shared spaces, magic just happens.
I want to extend special thanks to all those who contributed in any way, especially those who brought a special spark to bring my wild ideas to life.
Thank you, David Malcom, for feeding the crew and orchestrating the incredible and jummy vegan cuisine. And for your infectious vibes, we all melted with you and your deep request for more bass next time was duly noted.
Amber and Patrick, thank you for hosting us at the beautiful Valley Views spot. Your warmth was appreciated by every attendee fortunate enough to share moments with you. It felt like the fanciest setup ever with all the amenities and hot tubs.
Lucy, thank you for coordinating the decorations and having the keen eye to see the unseen, always ready to fix what was needed., and how many beautiful pieces of art you created!
Visuals and lighting: Ed, Ethan James and Jimmy, the visuals, lighting and lasers were simply outstanding.
For chill-out areas, The cute Kalis Den by Ylse and Tun that provided a cozy space to rest, enjoy a sh**ha, get face-painted, or have a tarot reading. Thiago's UV hole with his lycras, Ruairí's beautifully crafted nest under the stars, and the visuals and equipment brought by my dear friend Shane, who transformed the nest area into an immensely enjoyable experience with various levels of interaction. Special thanks to Ruairí for coordinating the warm and cozy second stage.
I will never tire of praising the professional and meticulous work of Fidelity Sound System, Clean as.
Our Care Angels crew was the most attentive and kind—they were spot on with every small interaction.
I also want to thank Charlie from 7am Events and all the festival organisers who helped promote our event. You are an example from beggining till end and thats the kindnest way to show your support.
Tom, you were first and last to be on site helping, and I wont forget it., and Will, thank you for consistently keeping me grounded and focused, you were The Men. Aleks, for spending a good amount of time on the web, and Travis for organise the door and volleys
All the volunteers who were part on the making off, and also really worth a word, all those who helped economicly to make this possible. My deepest respect goes out to all event organizers who face these challenges today—balancing detailed, lovingly crafted experiences while fairly compensating deserving crew members in the face of rising costs. Not a joke.
The person who found an incredibly valuable item and returned it to its owner anonimly—reflecting the values we hold—Our crowd truly was the best crew, always on point.
Special thanks to the performers and workshop leaders—F***y, PJ, Kelsea and Karolina for mesmerising the dancefloor, plus all fire spinners. Luka, Leo, Ayaluna—for offering workshops on production and live music. Many others like sound healing, African dance, poi, hoops, medicinal plants, and sustainable agriculture. Looking back now, I am truly impressed by what we all achieved together!
Lastly, after give thanks to Honza for the amazing video shots, Mini for capturing the essence so beautifully, and Nico for the unreleased pictures (looking forward to those!). I'll also thank myself, for putting together the best possible edit of these shots—though it was tough to choose from so many—and for pulling everything together. Watching these videos reminded me that despite the hard work and months of sacrifice, it was awesome...
Oh, and I can't forget you two—the wonderful, cheeky duo who convinced me to keep pushing forward. I love you both.
I'm immensely grateful for all the sparks you brought to this project, and look forward to sharing more news soon about the next one. We'll take a year to prepare more thoroughly, with other gatherings to reunite the crew and brainstorm new ideas together!
