With some final touches in the process and the support of my incredible people I am SO excited to announce we will be opening the twerkitoutnz studio on the 17th January.

Tickets are available now and 100% will sell out and when they do, I'll be releasing more classes COZ I CAN, COZ IT'S MINE 😉

I've got choreo classes, beginners classes, technique classes, private classes and regular online classes for those who want to learn our routines but just aren't close by.

I might just cry if I go on about how excited, proud and grateful I feel about this.... so I will wait until opening week. I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU ALL.

But most people call me Pare [Pah-Re]. 👋🏾

I’m so excited to be joining the TwerkItOutNZ Instructor Team - what an honour it is to be leading amongst the likes of (Abbi) & ! 😍

I’ve been dancing since I could walk - my background mainly being in Hip Hop, Latin American Ballroom and Kapa Haka - Māori Performing Arts, all of which I participated in competitively and/or was assessed at to National Level Standards, throughout my schooling years.

I’ve been Twerking since Lockdown 1.0 (excluding any and all of my drunk attempts prior to this 💀🤣); after taking the pre-recorded classes online and I’ve never looked back. Twerk has given me a whole new outlook on life and on how I view my fellow wāhine. Some of us find it difficult to connect with each other, despite often sharing more simillarities than we afford ourselves to realise, but Twerk kinda cuts through the BS. WE ALL IN. Cheeks Out. Shirts hanging off. On the floor. In the throes of our DeVine feminine power 🔥

I’ve watched the ladies from afar and I’ve seen the community that they’ve built together on a foundation of genuine love and respect for one another, and I want that in my life. No… scratch that. I NEED it in my life. And I know someone else reading this needs it too.

💥 READ THE CAPTION 💥

In this video there are over 40 girls learning a brand new routine… there are 12 girls at their VERY first class, about 15 girls who come every week and about 13 who have come to a small handful of classes.

My point is, classes are truly open to all, I mean it when I say we work on technique every class, I break down basics whenever I need to and we welcome everyone with open arms.

If you’ve been wanting to come to a class and you just get so anxious when you go to book it or talk yourself out of it… DM me!

I'm so incredibly happy to share NO MORE VAX PASSES. As a business owner I found this very difficult to enforce and I truly appreciate the many messages of support, people being patient with me and for continuing to support by doing online classes while we navigated our way through these government regulations. It has always been a priority of mine to provide a safe, welcoming space to ALL and I can't tell you how much I appreciate the love and support.

Please continue to stay home if you are showing symptoms of COVID or a household contact, I am more than happy to transfer your tickets if you are unable to make class.

Student teacher by day, twerk AMB-ASS-ADOR by night. When I’m not twerking my lil ass off with TIONZ my life revolves around children, and I wouldn’t want it any other way. I have been with TIONZ since 2018 when we were in the Just Workout location, and I was just a shy little student. I would walk quietly into class, stand at the back and just pretend like I knew what I was doing. Now I’m the loud naughty one, who is not doing what I’m told, peer pressuring the girls play my drinking game and filming everyone a bit too up close & personal. Over the years my confidence has grown, I’ve ask made some amazing friends and have done some BOMB ASS choreo! From student to ambassador, TWERKITOUTNZ has changed my life in so many ways and it is such a special place for many of us girls. The vibes we have are unmatched 🔥

Twerkitoutnz is a place to have wicked fun, meet so many AMAZING ladies and is always a killer workout. If that sounds like something you would be into, we want you to come in and join in our craziness 🤪

My names Abbi or Smabbz 🍑

I started off as a twerk student about 6 years ago when Hayley first started out, managed to upgrade to promo girl, to instructor, to NZ manager then a year ago I officially took over as OWNER 👑 .

This community has been a massive part of my life for a while now and very quickly became my happy place. Not only have my skills in twerk improved but I’ve met some incredible life long friends, choreographed videos that have gone viral, performed at a festival, filmed video clips, run over 200 hens parties, travelled around NZ running Twerkshops, taught over 400 Twerkfit classes, built so much confidence in myself (believe it or not I’m actually a little bit shy) and the best part of all is teaching classes means I get to support and watch the confidence grow in SO MANY different beautiful humans on whatever journey they may be on and I just feel so blessed to be doing a job that I feel SO passionate about and just love to show up to and be myself 🤍

What I’d say to anyone thinking about pursuing something or wanting to try something but talk yourself out of it (whether it’s a twerk class or something entirely different)… The best things happen when you step out of your comfort zone and when you are passionate about something, success is the ONLY option despite any potential setbacks.
