A few Jamano classics and some new additions. Our popular dark chocolate mousse and sticky fig pudding with butterscotch sauce and fresh fig, alongside the individual pavlovas everyone loves. Then banana and coconut poke and delicious orange and passionfruit cupcakes for something different (and on request).

Tasty treats to celebrate a special occasion with a South American influence. Lamb empanada with traditional pastry. Ham, mayo, tomato and cucumber club sandwiches on white bread inspired by the Argentine classic. Chicken bites with a spicy paprika coating. Fresh herbs and garlic sourdough bread. Then a kiwi sweet treat of individual pavlovas. We loved the photos of all of this on display at your event with friends. Thank you again!

The last job for 2023 was a special one for Nikita and Tom's wedding at Te Ahu a Tūranga Marae. Canapes on arrival then Hot Buffet, Cold Buffet and Desserts for 80 people. Special requests were met including generous seafood options. Menus are in the images. Great occasion and happy customers :-) Shout out to Married By Kev for connecting on the day. On Tour Part 2: We were still out and about in October. This time we were down in Woodville and supporting the Manawatu Tokelau Community as they celebrated Tokelau Language Week. ❤ We didn't get pics of everything but here's a tasty batch of Tongan Keke 'isite (a second batch was whipped up after these were demolished), some traditional salted raw fish on the bone, and a glimpse of delicious battered snapper. 🐟 Damien Penitani

On Tour Part 1: We were out and about in October. First stop was Sydney to support a beautiful engagement ceremony, and contribute to an epic event of around 300 people!

Big focus on desserts: Poached pear and creme anglais; individual pavlovas, dark chocolate mousse and blueberry cheesecakes. Some savoury favourites added to the lineup with Jamano Mac & Cheese, delicious chicken stuffed with spinach and bacon, prawns with herb butter and seafood congee.
