Well hello valued little softies customers!

We thought we should probably introduce ourselves!

We are Kendyll, Tori, Nick and David!
Our supervisors (AKA Children) are Jordie, Maiah and Dhillion (maiah and dillion are kendyll and nicks twins girls. At 3 years old, they are defintely running the show!).

We will do more of an introduction once we’ve moved house!

At the moment we’re trying to get everything handed over with the Facebook and website! We are also in the process of moving (yikes!).

We are located in Te Kowhai Hamilton - but are willing to travel (Yay!)

All of us are super excited to start this new venture for our children and yours!

We also own an automotive detailing company so this is the next step for us!

The team will keep you all posted to when we are taking bookings and what equipment we have! ❤️🐶

It’s with a heavy heart that we are announcing that we have sold Little Softies. As a lot of you already know Nigel has sustained a back injury from the car accident a few months ago so is unable to do any heavy lifting so we have no choice but to call it a day. We have kept the Superhero castle for Noah and for the Gymsports parties as I will still be doing those and I will still be hiring out party tables and chairs and outdoor games.

We have sold Little Softies to another family who are going to be awesome and even though they are based over Morrinsville/Hamilton way are happy to deliver in this area so it’s not the end of Little Softies.

Nigel, Noah and myself would like to say a massive thank you for all your support over the last year and a half you have been amazing customers and we will miss you all 😓 I will post more information about the new owners soon 🥰

In light of the heartbreaking tragedy in Tasmania where 5 children lost there lives falling 10m off a bouncy castle after a tornado swept it up into the air we just want to reassure our customers that at Little Softies we take the safety of our users extremely seriously. I can imagine that some people will be worried about hiring a bouncy castle for their child’s birthday party after this, being parents ourselves we totally understand this. Obviously this was a tornado so not just “normal” wind but we want to try and put your minds at ease a bit by saying that our policies are very strict about the use of bouncy castles in windy and/or wet conditions and recently we have had to disappoint some people by cancelling bookings because of the weather. ALL our castles are anchored to the ground with either heavy duty pegs or sandbags if on concrete at every corner and we have now decided to have extra anchor points attached to every castle for extra safety, our newest castle also has guide ropes too. What has happened in Tasmania is totally heartbreaking and our thoughts and love are with the families and friends of those 5 children 😓 so the next time you book a castle and we cancel it on the day because of the weather we know it’s disappointing and we hate to do it but please understand the reason we do this, keeping the children’s safe is the most important thing. We offer FREE re-bookings and in some cases full refunds if you chose not to re-book, we try and be as fair as possible. I’ve added a video to show how we anchor the castles down. Market Research 😁 Hi everyone I’ve got an idea I wanted to run by you 😘 I’m thinking about putting together DIY Children’s Birthday Party Packages so basically I provide everything you need for your child’s birthday party other than the food and cake. So far I have the following themes available:

1. Superhero- Spider-Man, Batman or Avengers
2. Mermaid/Pirate
3. Under the sea
4. Jungle

I’m planning to get a Frozen castle before the end of the year too so I’ll have that as a theme then

For $399 you would get:
Hire of bouncy castle to match theme or Soft Play Adventure Package
3 x 1.2m trestle tables and 14 chairs
Table cloths
Themed plates, cups and napkins
Party bags (filled with bubbles, bouncy ball, balloon, toys, craft items and lollies)
Themed back drop and party decorations including balloons

All this for $399

During the winter months when the weather is a bit unpredictable it is advised that you have your party in a hall there are lots available to chose from or book a Little Softies party at Gymsports in Kopu to avoid disappointed children and an $80 cancellation fee ☹️
