Brisket or Pork smothered in award winning Rubs and Sauces from Rum and Que lovingly slow smoked for over 8 hours, then, when cooked to perfection, pulled apart and a whopping 180 gram portion slapped between a glazed toasted brioche bun, with cheddar cheese, house made pickled onions, coleslaw, our secret burger sauce and pickle, served with a bag of Kettle Chips!

We dont just do burgers! Infact we love a challenge. Reach out on messenger or email [email protected] so we can scratch that itch for an epic bbq feed for you and up to 200 of your mates!

We Gave the brand new Rum and Que Porter seasoning a run for its money tonight on a nearly 1kg tomahawk steak, all i can say is WOW!!!

The flavor is out of this world and the chocolate in the rub really sets off the beef flavor. It definatley loved a high heat sear! To top that off it got a drizzle of the Umami Port and Black Garlic sauce 😁

Its definatley earnt its spot as our favourite rub at the moment, only just kicking the Hazy IPA Rub off its pedistal, however that had its moment tonight too, on some Broccolini - Oiled, rubbed and seared.

Oh Im not done.. 😉

Another of our favorites, the Umami garlic finishing powder had its time to shine on some perfectly baked carrot sticks!

Dont hesitate, get to your local stockist today and crack a can of we would love to see what you try it on!

Oh, nearly forgot. Smoked a couple of brisket and jalapeño sausages to round things off 🤤🤤🤤
