On Saturday we catered a beautiful Winter Wedding in Newsted the bride & groom picked:

-Mini beef burgers
-Pork hawkers
-Chicken loaded fries

Followed by chicken nuggets for the kids and selection of mini desserts.

2024 Fieldays that’s a wrap!

A big shoutout to our amazing team who have put in a top effort and also a special mention to the other helpers who have jumped in to look after kids at stupid o’clock in the morning right through to make it possible for all of us to be on site early and get home late. It’s a huge effort all round doing this event and this year has been a favourite walking away with an award!

We had a Super busy day yesterday with 3 food trucks out and about starting with private catering for 111 guests who enjoyed sliders, Mexican rice salad & chicken loaded fries.

Awesome staff wanted!

Our business has expanded which means we are on the lookout for some awesome staff to join us for the upcoming event season kicking off in September.

We have a variety of food trucks that go to some pretty cool events mainly around the Waikato.

We are on the hunt for reliable, energetic and outgoing people who are willing to learn what we are all about,ideally you will be passionate about the hospitality industry and be willing to learn all areas of what we do including serving customers and cooking.

This role would be great for uni students, mums who want to get out in the weekends, hospitality students and anyone who is looking for work that is mainly in the weekends. We are flexible so can accommodate your schedule when required. You will need your own transportation and be able to drive to events within Hamilton and nearby areas unfortunately due to event times catching a bus won’t work.
