Bocuse d'Or Team New Zealand are gearing up for the upcoming Bocuse d’Or Asia Pacific Selection this September on their Road to Redemption.
After representing on the world stage for the first time ever last year, they’re ready to give it another shot!
Show your support by attending our event fundraiser, August 17th at JaceSpace in Auckland.
You can expect a night of creativity and music, from the curated cocktails at the whiskey bar to the NZ artists showcasing to award winning chefs - Greg Piner from Silver Fern Farms, Zennon Wijlens of Paris Butter, Glen File of Onslow and Bryan Bae of Choux, who have created some delectable dishes with fresh, local produce.
We’ll have pop-up bars from Highland Park, Piper Heidsieck Champagne and more.
