Christmas is coming early to Kāpiti this weekend! 🎄Santa’s helpers have confirmed we’re all set for our Christmas Parade and Festival this Sunday, 8 December. We can’t wait to see you there!

Entry is FREE into the festival, with loads of FREE whānau fun like bouncy castles, face painting, and activities. Want to spread some Christmas cheer? Bring a can for the local food bank.

Higgins Group Christmas Parade
✨ 11am: Wave to Santa and festive floats as the parade moves from Paraparaumu College to Mazengarb Reserve.

Christmas Festival
✨ 12–3pm: Enjoy FREE activities and live entertainment at Mazengarb Reserve. Santa will be there until 2pm! Pack a picnic or grab tasty treats from the food trucks.

⚠️ Please be aware that there will be road closures along Mazengarb Road to keep Santa, our parade participants, and spectators safe. The parade route will be closed to traffic 11am–12 midday.
