After a 2 year journey owning a coffee cart I am branching out to new things to make my business that little bit more special. I love the proccess of creating new things, and especially things that are pleasing to the eye. I want to share this with you and doing so created Gourmet Grazing to cater to your event. Whether it’s a small gathering with friends, dreaded work meetings or a big party bash

It’s the end of a chapter, in 2016 I ventured into the barista world and opened my own Coffee Cart business serving the wider South Auckland Community. We have catered events from Home Shows to weekend sports to Builders breakfasts and many more. A massive thank-you to my main till woman Maree ( Muma ) and my Dad for the multiple milk pick ups.
Owning your own business is harder than it looks and never ends. You are forever organising , forever forward planning, forever stuck with paper work to be completed but it’s bludy rewarding too when ‘ sh*ts going good ‘
In 2019 Grazing platters / catering was introduced to the business and surprisingly went off with a hit. This side of the business will still be available through my website www.kitas.co.nz but for all Coffee Cart inquires you can contact the new owner Cameron and his team at The Coffee Store who serves the wider Auckland area.

My Story

I love the Preparation of an event, the decor, theme, food presentation and just those extra little touches that make it unforgettable. I have always had a great love for food, whether it be eating it or preparing it. Being a passionate foodie I've never been one to follow a recipe.. I'm more of a throw it in and try it type of gal, which sometimes can end in a disaster.. lol I think this is why i love these grazing boards. They are a creation, and they are different every time. After making platters for friends and family over the years, i thought why not share these bespoke centre pieces with everyone... This new way of catering means that people can nibble away throughout the event and it not go stale/cold/or soggy. Goodbye sausage rolls !!!!
