♥ Why do I do what I do now?

After working as a retail travel agent in New Zealand for 15-odd years a friend-of-a-friend contacted me and asked if I was interested in organising her Destination Wedding in Thailand for 40 people; I never gave it a second thought despite having a 6-week old baby, a 3-yr old and a 5-year old! From then on, I was hooked into making the Luxury Romance Travel my niche. This is how I started specialising over 18 years ago and am about to celebrate 31 years in the travel industry!

My passion is to help couple’s find the perfect choice of destination and resort. It is my job to relieve their stress in regards to travel for them and their guests so they can concentrate on the committment they are making and enjoy their journey.

I have a wealth of knowledge and contacts and am eager to share this with couples who “get me” and want to work with me. I realise not everyone is my ideal client; I am fiercely honest and that’s fine – there is plenty of work to go around.

I have been lucky to travel a lot and experience luxury myself and look through the eyes of a couple whilst connecting with many wedding professionals.

Much of my work is done ‘behind the scenes’ so my couples turn up and have a fantastic honeymoon, destination wedding or elopement and I delight in seeing happy couples!
