Time moves fast…
Anniversaries/birthday like this are always a good point of reflection - to stop and look at where we’ve come - and where we’re going.
I’m now into my 23rd year of professional cooking, a crazy 9 of those have been out on my own…and what stands out to me the most is without really realising it - the development and changes I’ve gone through - whether cooking style - food trends - learning or finding better ways… its always evolving…
I’ve definitely learned things the hard way at times, but it’s probably taught me the most.. and that’s the thing - I’ve learned and will continue to do so… I’m excited about what’s coming up
So, for now - let’s celebrate 🎉
