We are so lucky to have her skills and knowledge but these events are more than just a dinner, they are a learning experience where Liz puts her education in food psychology to help you use all your senses to enjoy the evening's delights.

Liz of World Cuisine returned home to New Zealand seven years ago after gaining a world of experience & knowledge from 12 years travelling the globe as an international private Chef to the royalty, rich & famous. Working on many famous events; the Monaco Grand Prix, Cannes Film festival, private chef for Pink, amongst others, mixing with & experiencing some amazing locations around the world. Developing a cooking school in the South of France & writing training manuals for Chefs in the exclusive super yacht, private villas & estates industry. Culminating 25 years of hospitality experience with the launch of World Cuisine catering in New Zealand.

Liz has a passion for international foods is very well versed in dietary & cultural requirements & follows the natural science of cuisine.

When it comes to catering with World Cuisine, dietaries are an inclusive factor. Experience the passion behind the name with a culinary journey around the world.

Liz supports many charities, having been called upon for her international & dietaries knowledge.
