We had the pleasure of catering Lille & Regan’s wedding back in March and from what we saw, dinner went down an absolute treat!

Mains were individually plated and served in an alternative drop style, and sides served to the table:
1. Lamb rack with smashed garlic potato and heavy red wine jus
2. Spinach & cashew filled chicken breast wrapped in bacon with new potatoes and garlic cream sauce
3. Fresh seasonal vegetables
4. Fresh green garden salad with cucumber, capsicum, sprouts, and citrus vinaigrette
