Xmas Catering is in full swing baby!! It’s been great to get back in the kitchen. Todays catering menu was similar to the weekend but with a few more sides;
Dinner
-My famous Lemon, thyme, chilli garlic roasted chicken
-Slow cooked Moroccan beef cheeks & sliders
-Christmas salad loaded with the goods, roasted pecans, walnuts, pomegranate, cos lettuce & an epic almond butter dressing
-Roasted garlic, maple vege and quinoa salad with a kick arse dressing
-New season potatoes with garlic & herb butter
Dessert
-Mini tarts, Banoffee, Salted caramel, strawberry custard & raspberry dark chocolate
-Vegan Chocolate mousse with fresh strawberries & blueberries 🫐

Platters, platters and more platters walking out the door. And what a perfect day for it after all that rain this week. I’m all about platters being a rainbow 🌈 of colour. Also @_joannalee_ Joanna is the best at platter presenting. I get way to heavy handed 🧀 🥖 🍇 🍷 🧺
Nothing beats a freshly baked gooey savoury brioche………especially when it’s my Manuka smoked bacon, caramelised onions and triple cheese brioche or my super ooey, gooey cheesey spinach brioche 🧀 🤤 🧀
Yay!!!! We are open. We aren’t operating at full capacity but the coffee machine is going. Unfortunately the big food cabinet in the cafe didn’t make it and is the cause of the fuse issue. So we have the small cake fridge up and running with some goods ready to go. Just the essentials. Bare with us as we now need to get our hands on a new food cabinet. FML 🤦🏻♀️🤪
