Today's memorial was for a man who passed away two days after lock down started in August last year. He sounded like an absolute legend and it was a pleasure to work with the family to share his story. And it was lovely to get this feedback:

Celebrating love in an intimate and heartfelt way at beautiful Piha.

The gorgeous couple requested a welcome sentence in their respective languages and I was happy to oblige. Don't ask, don't get! The current ceremonies might be smaller than we have traditionally experienced, but that doesn't make them any less special.
With the uncertain times, sometimes it's just easier to have your ceremony and then plan a big party for another time.

If you have questions, ask! That's what I'm here for.🥰

It's that lovely time of year when we are on the downward slide to spring, so what way to better celebrate being one step closer to warmer weather than a competition...
