Not long now until King of the Mountain.

We have 32 of New Zealand’s Best teams from both the North Island and the Deep South, battling it out to be Crowned King. We also have 16 of the best Steak Cooks, sizzling it up, to see who will take home the golden Ticket and bragging rights. On top of that we have 7 kids giving it ago for our first ever Burger Competition.

On top of the competition, we will have live demos in the Traeger Grills tent & on stage, we will have a number of food carts, coffee on sale, & The Corner to quench your thirst. We have Rubs, Wood & sauces on sale and tips and tricks. Then kicking off at 12:30pm we have the big Primo FUND-RAZOR, raising funds for the Taranaki Cancer Centre.

So Mark it in the calendar 10th August from 9am until 5pm. Free for everyone to come down.

Please remeber due to food regulations, competing teams won’t be selling there food.

We're excited to announce that SUPERFLY will return as our pre-show band for this weekend's Christmas at the Bowl 2023: Official Event Page!

Plus, this year, they've got support from the Recliner Rockers - so expect an energy-filled hour and a half of entertainment from 6:30pm until the main show begins to 8:00pm!

WE DID IT!!!!
Thank you so much to our wonderful community (and the world!) for your support of our online Carols by Candlelight event. We took a risk, but the comments and overwhelming support made it all worthwhile. Our Givealittle page is still open if you are able to contribute, and these donations will help our band survive in a year with very little income. Every donation means so much to us ❤️

Thanks also to the amazing crew that helped put this event together. Our comperes Phil Quinney and Connor Kitto did a fabulous job, and Michael and the team at TLL Events kept the tech stuff ticking over. As always, the generous support of Toi Foundation, The Hits - Taranaki and The Devon Hotel is what made this event possible. Thank you.

The band can now have a well earned break, and we look forward to seeing what 2022 will bring. Wishing all of our supporters a wonderful Summer holiday and hope that you are able to enjoy some time with special people.
