Our food is modern, fresh and seasonal with a goal to see each client have a menu different to the last, whilst being as ethical and sustainable as possible, sourcing fresh products from our own garden, community gardens, and local suppliers. We have a simple ethos; simple food done well, this matched with seamless restaurant quality service that is sleek, knowledgeable and friendly brings you a truly one off and unique experience. We are the only catering company in Christchurch offering a craft beverage service. With a well known industry professional at the helm of our cocktail programme, who not only owns a cocktail bar + restaurants, but has a competed globally at cocktail competitions, you are guaranteed wow your guests. We strive to minimise our negative impact on the environment, and aim to make all our practices as sustainable as possible. We try to source as many products as we can from local suppliers and utilise our Harewood and rooftop gardens for fresh herbs, flowers + produce. We actively compost and recycle where possible. You will see all our disposable plates, cups and cutlery are all eco friendly, and we hope you will dispose of these in the correct way. In the process of doing what we love, we hope we can improve our footprint on the world- one event at a time. Last night we guided 60 delegates in making their own cocktails before dinner. They all made a Sherry Spritz, Watermelon Swizzle and a Bees Knees to drink during cocktail hour.
