Jordan and Sivani met when he became a participant in her masters study 🤓

It’s unclear whether he joined merely to get a free personal trainer for a month, to meet Sivani properly, or whether he had a very real interest in the optimal exercise order for aerobic, flexibility, neuromotor, and resistance exercise with a single exercise session; but both of them are glad he signed up
